There was none in my house. While I totally understand his ticket was on the line (and he was wonderful and so apologetic), I was shocked that there was no "action plan" on what to do on one of the coldest nights of the year besides "we're shutting it down". There was no attempt to diagnose the problem. Was it inappropriate combustion? Heat exchanger? Why jump right to a new furnace? Add that to the expectation that a single woman will be able to figure out purchase options, payment options in a few hour turn around during COVID lockdown in -17 degree weather was unreasonable. It was going to be -20 every night that week! And no one generously offered a heater. I could get one if "you purchase a furnace from us". I was appalled as a regular customer on a maintenance contract. Another company spent 1.5 hrs here to diagnose the problem AND offered a heater AND checked up on me the next day. A company I had no affiliation with. A company that I will now recommend to everyone. I am also shocked that your advantage plan charges over 3x the price of the furnace over 15 years. I think of all the struggling families and on an essential product, someone can't live without. That is not community-minded and is super disheartening that a company would take advantage of families in a time of great need."

We just bought this house and it has an HRV that our last house didnt have. So I asked a few questions. He looked HRV up on his phone and then the answers left me more confused. I was going to ask him to take a look at the gas fireplaces. But Im pretty sure I just need to swap out the switch on one of them. One of your techs let us know about that at our last house. I wasnt confident enough in this tech to bother asking for any reassurance from him. My emailed receipt was for a zero balance and was for the hot water heater. However the service provided was a furnace maintenance. The paper bill was accurate. My postal code was wrong. I updated that on this survey."
