Water Heater Models Rental Pricing
Tankless Water Heaters
  • Don’t come with storage tanks, and fit firmly on a wall mount.
  • Heat up when you need to use them, and offer an endless supply of hot water by managing water flow.
  • Require less energy than conventional units, making them more efficient and environmentally friendly.

Starting From

$36/month

Electric Water Heaters
  • Heating coils are employed instead of natural gas to supply hot water for home.
  • Typically take up less room than a natural gas water heater because there is no need to vent it.
  • Utilize a smaller number of parts than a natural gas water heater, so they can typically operate longer than a natural gas water heater.

Starting From

$13/month

Condensing Water Heaters
  • Similar to standard units in that they both burn gas, have exhaust flues, and hold hot water in an insulated tank.
  • Condensation and combustion gas come out through an outlet at the bottom of the water heater tank.
  • Use less energy than conventional systems because of how the water is heated, making them more efficient and environmentally friendly.

Starting From

$40/month

Conventional Vents (CV)
  • Typically installed in homes built previous to 2000 (and typically have a built-in chimney) making them one of the more frequently utilized water heaters in London.
  • Keep a supply of hot water available constantly so that when you turn on the faucet, it's ready to go.
  • Require an exit drain near the base of tank (usually in the basement).
  • Ideal for high volume hot water usage.
  • Can be run by either propane gas or natural gas.

Starting From

$16/month

Power Vents (PV)
  • Normally installed in homes built following 1995 in homes without a chimney, or homes that have changed from a different water heating source, making them one of the more frequently used water heaters in London.
  • Blower motor is connected to the tank and forces gas from inside the home via the side wall.
  • Usually provide extended venting lengths.
  • Fueled by either propane gas or natural gas.

Starting From

$26/month

Direct Vents (DV)
  • Used where there is insufficient combustible air or where air is incompatible for combustion (ex: bathroom or bedroom installs).
  • Normally offer lower heating costs since the gases are vented by rising and no further power is required.
  • Require less power as a result of venting, making them more efficient and environmentally friendly.

Starting From

$28/month

Power Direct Vents (PDV)
  • Equivalent to Direct Vents, but instead have a two-pipe system for gas release.
  • Use a blower to remove gases, meaning they do not need to be installed specifically where they can vent upwards (ex: near a chimney).
  • Ideal option if indoor air quality or negative air pressure is a problem.

Starting From

$31/month
