General Manager is held accountable for
directing and organizing all activities of a
Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office.
The General Manager supervises the P&L, motivates
sales, and provides guidance to all staff
and processes for the location.
The Service Technician completes
diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, cooling, and related equipment
and accessories. The Service Technician corresponds
with residential and/or commercial customers to provide
answers to any and all questions, resolve problems,
and confirm complete customer satisfaction. The Service Technician also promotes
products and services to customer and works under the supervision
of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Installation Technician performs HVAC equipment
and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial locations. The
person in the role
also conducts installation and service on inside air equipment and
products, as well, and has the qualifications
to comprehend controls and wiring plans
Customer Service Specialist fields customer
and billing questions with the highest degree
of respect and professionalism to solve
customer complaints with a one-call
resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for supporting
day-to-day running of the Service Experts Heating and
Air Conditioning service office.
Dispatcher, using company radio and pager procedures,
dispatches calls to Maintenance Technicians,
Installers, and Service Technicians. The individual in the
positiong also interacts
with the customer to ensure the customer is informed
of scheduled appointments, reply to inquiries,
and to help resolve issues. The Dispatcher
strategically plans and routes the most suitable
technicians following established company processes.
